Sweet Pork
1/2 cup Worcestershire
1/2 cup water
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp ginger
2 Tbsp minced onion
Mix all together and pour over a 3-4 pound pork loin roast in a crock-pot. Cook low 8 hours. Shred meat and drain excess juice. Add the following
2 cups red enchelada sauce
2 cups brown sugar
Serve on tortillas with black beans, rice, lettuce, olives and whatever toppings you like

Im so excited that you are doing this1 I am trying to do the same thing! We always go out in the summer time and it kinda has been all last year and Kory and I are really trying to be better! Your recipes look great! I will put some of mine on there when I get home from Hawaii!
