Angel Hair Pasta With Shrimp

We usually have Sunday dinner at one of our parents house but today we have to meet with the bishop so I was cooking! Hunter was SUPER excited to be having shrimp!
Angel Hair Pasta With Shrimp
1 lb Raw Shrimp
1/3 C Olive Oil
1/2 C Garlic, Chopped
1 C Onion, Chopped
1 C Green Pepper, Chopped (I omitted this)
3 C Fresh Tomatoes, Chopped
1 T Basil
1 T Oregano
Salt, Red Pepper Flakes, and Black Pepper to taste
1/2 C Butter
1 C Parsley, Chopped
1 lb Angel Hair Pasta
Heat Olive Oil. Saute Garlic, Green Peppers, and Onion until soft. Add Tomatoes, Basil, Oregano, Red Pepper, Black Pepper, and Salt. Cover and cook for 30 minutes. Add Butter, Parsley, and Shrimp. Simmer until Shrimp are pink. Cook Pasta as directed on package. Mix sauce with pasta and serve with Paresan Cheese.

Here is the saute and simmering...

Here is the final product on Hunter's plate. Hunter wanted to know why they don't serve this at restaurants! I will take that as a positive review! He also said he could eat this every night!
